2323 Elliott offers 74,000 SF of flexible workspace with west-facing views on the newly transformed Seattle waterfront. The revitalized waterfront creates an additional 20 acres of public space for tenants to explore, with direct access via a pedestrian bridge. The marketing campaign emphasized how tenants will have the space and customization options to create an inspired and collaborative workplace. Radical Galaxy partnered with Unico Properties and B+H Architects to bring that vision to life through animation, 3D renderings, and a 360 tour. Together, these gave the Unico Properties leasing team a complete visual toolkit, used across leasing presentations, tenant outreach, and marketing to convey the building’s flexible workspace, natural light, and unmatched position on Seattle’s transformed waterfront.

the views, and the flexible workspace that define 2323 Elliott.
Our 3D renderings showed interiors with abundant
natural light and a blank-canvas design ready for
any tenant’s color scheme and build-out showcasing
the open stairs, lounge areas, and waterfront-facing
amenity spaces that set the building apart.
A 360-view rendering tour gave prospective tenants a
virtual experience of 2323 Elliott from anywhere
letting out-of-market and national tenants explore
the waterfront workspace before ever stepping inside.
