A joint effort between Brookfield and Macy’s, Manhasset Square is the first development of its kind in Long Island, New York. The mixed-use project includes 355 apartments, 73,400 square feet of retail, 72,000 square feet of class-A office space and a 200-room boutique hotel. The marketing campaign focused on the reactivation of an existing commercial lot and a thoughtful integration with the surrounding land.
