Radical Galaxy partnered with Hines and Nuveen to produce architectural renderings, animation, and a 360 tour that communicated the building’s signature features, including flexible floor plates, unique tenant views, and its sculptural façade, giving the leasing team compelling assets to attract premium tenants to this signature DC property. Together, the renderings, animation, and 360 tour gave the leasing and marketing teams a complete visual toolkit to position 1900 K Street as a premier Washington, DC office address, used across leasing presentations, tenant outreach, and marketing campaigns to convey the building’s design quality and Cesar Pelli pedigree.
