Origin transforms Downtown Superior, Colorado, into a vibrant mixed-use masterplan community, integrating residential, retail, office, and recreation along a walkable new Main Street between Denver and Boulder. Inspired by the area’s rich coal-mining history, the design blends traditional and modern forms in brick, black iron, and cross bracing, creating a community that feels rooted in place from day one. Radical Galaxy partnered with Carmel Partners and KTGY to produce architectural visualization and photorealistic 3D renderings that brought Origin’s lifestyle-driven vision to life, supporting marketing, investment, leasing, and public engagement well before delivery. Together, the renderings and animation gave the Carmel Partners team a complete visual toolkit to market Origin across residential leasing, retail leasing, investment presentations, and community engagement — helping build excitement and confidence in one of the Denver-Boulder corridor’s most anticipated new mixed-use communities.

A 3D animation video brought Origin’s masterplan to life, moving
through the Main Street retail plaza, the residential courtyards,
and the rooftop amenities to give investors, civic stakeholders,
and prospective residents a true sense of the community’s scale,
energy, and lifestyle before construction was complete.

Our 3D renderings provided a detailed look at Origin’s
residential interiors, amenity spaces, and retail streetscapes,
from the rooftop pool and clubhouse with Flatirons views to
the active, walkable Main Street, communicating the quality
of design and the indoor-outdoor Colorado lifestyle
at the heart of the community.
