Radical Galaxy Studio

AI Consulting

Less trial and error.
More design control.

Expert AI training for architects, interior designers, homebuilders, brokers and real estate developers. Hands-on workshops on the tools available today, then deeper workflow consulting for the firms that want repeatable integration.

Start with a workshop

Half-day and full-day sessions on Midjourney, Runway, and image generation, built around your real projects, not demos.

Keep your design voice

Built around your references, materials, and visual standards. You know what to reject, not just what to generate.

Go deeper when it pays

Workflow audits and custom tools are there when a workshop proves the ROI, never required up front.

From experiment to working method

Build Around a Real Brief, Not a Demo

We start with a task your team already has to finish, such as testing a material direction, exploring an atmosphere, preparing options for an internal review. We map the inputs, tool choices, and checks that task needs, then run an AI workflow against your current approach. Does it shorten the route to a usable option? Can another designer repeat it? Does the output respect the brief?

01

Base massing.

Your Revit or CAD model is the input. Nothing starts from a text prompt alone.

Lead: Your team

The model is checked against the brief before any prompting starts, so errors never enter the workflow.

02

Generated directions.

Material, facade, and lighting directions explored with same base model.

Lead: We generate, your team steers

Rejects here: off-brief materials, invented geometry, and directions that ignore context or zoning.

03

Review pass.

Defined rejection criteria catch invented geometry and off-brief materials before anything reaches a client.

Lead: Joint review — the formal gate

Rejects here: wrong mullion spacing, unbuildable details, materials outside spec. Nothing passes unchecked.

04

Final image.

The approved direction is rebuilt in conventional CGI from your actual model. Accurate, consistent, client-ready.

Lead: Radical Galaxy

The AI output never ships. It is rebuilt from your verified model, so the final is defensible in front of any client.

AI is not automatically the right answer, and if a workflow creates more correction work than it removes, it does not belong in your process. What you keep is a method with defined limits, not a folder of images nobody is confident putting in front of a client.

Three Ways to Work With Us

Most firms start with a workshop. Deeper engagements exist for teams that have proven the value and want a repeatable, private workflow. Every engagement is quoted with a fixed scope and fee before work begins.

01 · Start here

Team Workshop

from $1,500

A half-day or full-day, hands-on session for your team. Image generation, Midjourney, Runway, and motion tools, taught on your real projects, with review criteria your designers keep.

Book a workshop

02 · Go deeper

Workflow Audit

from $2,500

We review your current process, identify the AI use cases worth pursuing, and say plainly where not to spend. You get a written audit with recommended next steps.

03 · Advanced

Custom Pipeline

from $10,000

For firms with a repeatable need beyond off-the-shelf tools: private, controlled pipelines, including ComfyUI, built around your models and materials.

Workshops & tooling

No Technical Setup. Your Team Just Learns to Use the Tools Well.

Our workshops run on the tools your team can open today, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, image generation and motion tools, taught on your real projects. No servers, no node graphs, no software to install. We cover prompting, iterating against a base model, and the review habits that catch invented geometry before it reaches a client.

For firms that outgrow off-the-shelf tools, we design the deeper chain: your Revit or CAD model, private pipelines, and the handoff back into conventional visualization for finals. The image below is from an internal design-workshop interface we use to compare massing, materials, and generated directions in one view.

FAQ

AI Consulting FAQs

Straight answers on workshops, tools, quality, client work, and how much of your team's time this takes.

We tried Midjourney. Why would this be different?

An image generator is not a complete workflow. Useful results depend on the task, source material, level of control, and review process. We look at where your experiments broke down and whether a different approach is worth testing. Sometimes that means better inputs or another tool. Sometimes it means keeping that task in your existing visualization process.

Will AI make our work look generic or cheap?

It can, if generic output becomes the standard. We build the process around your design references, material intent, and presentation requirements. We also define rejection criteria, so a polished image does not pass simply because it looks convincing. Your team keeps design judgment. AI should help you explore your direction, not substitute a default aesthetic for it.

Can we use AI on confidential or client-facing work?

That depends on the tool, its terms, and your client agreements. We help identify data-handling questions, permission requirements, and review points before confidential material enters a workflow. Client-facing images also need checks for invented details and misleading accuracy. We separate exploratory imagery from verified project information.

How much time will our team need?

We scope participation around the workflow and the people who use it. Expect to share representative work, explain the current process, and review test results. Workshops need protected time for hands-on practice, agreed before we start. The goal is not to make everyone an AI specialist, but to give the right people enough to run and check the process.

Do we need custom tools or an ongoing retainer?

Not necessarily. An audit may show that existing tools, clearer steps, and a focused workshop are enough. Custom tools make sense when a repeatable need justifies the build and maintenance. A retainer suits firms that want continuing guidance, but it is not required. We recommend the smallest useful engagement for your work.

Can AI replace our rendering process?

For some exploratory tasks, AI rendering offers a faster route to options. For images that must accurately represent geometry, specifications, or an approved design, conventional visualization is still the better choice. We help architecture, interior design, homebuilder, and real estate development teams draw that line, so you reduce avoidable production work without treating an attractive approximation as a reliable representation of the project.
