AI-Enhanced Architectural Visualization

AI where it helps.
A studio where it matters.

AI-accelerated ideation paired with photoreal, marketing-grade CGI finals. This means the speed of generative AI where it helps and the quality of a studio where it matters.

01

Faster ideation

AI-accelerated massing, style, and lighting exploration to land the right direction in days, not weeks.

02

Photoreal finals

Marketing-grade CGI built from your model. AI can get close, but exact materials, lighting, and context still need a studio finish.

03

Consistent sets

Exterior, interior, and aerial views that hold one design across every image — something AI can approximate but not yet guarantee.

Deliverables
Photoreal CGI renderings built from your Revit or CAD model. AI is a tool in the workflow, not the output

Generative AI has changed the front of the architectural rendering process. It can produce dozens of concept directions in an afternoon, and the best tools can get surprisingly close to a final look. What they still can't guarantee is exact materials, true scale, and a coherent design held across every exterior, interior, and aerial view. So we use AI where it's fast and exploratory, and our artists where the image has to convert to a real use.

Images marked AI concept are explorations to find direction, not final deliverables. The images you put in a deck, sales gallery, or submission are photoreal CGI built from your model.

01: AI in ideation

AI-Accelerated Concept & Massing Studies

In the ideation stage, generative AI lets us explore far more directions than a purely manual pipeline (eg. massing options, facade languages, material palettes, and lighting moods generated quickly so the team can react to a wide field before committing). The approved direction then moves into our standard photoreal pipeline, where it's rebuilt from your actual model with real materials and accurate scale.

02: From AI concept to photoreal final

From AI Concept to Photoreal Final

Generative AI finds directions fast, but it struggles to hold one design, real materials, and true scale across a complete image set. We use it to explore, then rebuild the approved direction from your actual model for the final marketing-grade CGI.

03: Workflows & tooling

Building the AI Workflow Around Your Model

The value goes beyond a single tool. As a pipeline for example: your Revit or CAD model feeding a repeatable chain of concept generation, relighting, upscaling, and finishing, with the studio's photoreal output at the end. We build that chain, document it, and train teams to run it, so an in-house team can produce concept sets on their own and hand the finals to us.

04: AI rendering as a service

Model-Agnostic AI Rendering & Compositing

Our artists choose the model to fit the task, then handle prompting, tiling, relighting, cleanup, and compositing so the result reads as one coherent architectural image.

05: Pricing

What AI Engagements Cost

Every engagement begins with a short scoping call and a fixed proposal. The price reflects the final deliverable, the amount of model preparation, and the level of control the work requires.

AI workflow audit

from $2,500

06: AI video generation & digital talent

Cinematic AI Animation with Hyper-Real People & Architectural Scenes

AI video generation, using models like Runway Gen-4, Kling, Luma Dream Machine, and emerging tools such as Sora and Pika, lets us produce cinematic architectural animations populated with hyper-realistic AI people, digital humans, and crowds, without a photo shoot, hired models, or a green-screen crew. We direct the camera, wardrobe, blocking, and crowd behavior, then composite and finish in our standard pipeline using V-Ray, 3ds Max, and Unreal Engine for color, compositing, and brand-accurate materials. We have built internal tools and custom interfaces to iterate video prompts, control character placement, and sync AI-generated talent with the camera path. Press play to watch full projects.

FAQ

AI & Architectural Rendering FAQs

Honest answers on the best AI tools, what AI can and can't do, and how it fits a studio pipeline.

What is the best AI for architectural rendering?

For fast ideation and concept exploration, generative AI tools like MyArchitectAI, Rendair, and Gendo are strong and getting better. They're excellent for generating dozens of massing or style directions in an afternoon. For the marketing-grade photoreal finals that hold up in a pitch deck, a sales gallery, or an entitlement submission, a studio pipeline still wins on scale accuracy, brand-accurate finishes, and print-resolution detail. We use AI in the ideation stage and human CGI artists for the final photoreal output, so you get the speed of AI where it helps and the quality of a studio where it matters.

Is there an AI for architectural rendering?

Yes, several. Generative AI can now produce concept renderings from sketches, massing models, or text prompts in minutes, which is genuinely useful for early-stage option studies and mood direction. The limitation is consistency and accuracy: AI struggles to hold a specific design, real materials, and true scale across a set of images. That's where a studio pipeline takes over, turning the approved AI concept into a photoreal final built from your actual model.

How do you use AI for architectural rendering?

We use AI as a tool inside the workflow, not as the output. In ideation it accelerates massing and option studies, style and material direction, and lighting exploration. We generate many directions quickly, then refine the chosen one in our standard photoreal pipeline. The deliverables you receive are built from your Revit or CAD model with accurate materials, lighting, and context, so they're consistent across a set and defensible in a review.

Can AI replace architectural renderers?

For internal massing and concept studies, increasingly yes, and we use it there. For the hero marketing image that sells a project, not yet. Scale accuracy, brand-accurate FF&E, real materials under specific lighting, and a consistent set of images across exterior, interior, and aerial all still need a human pipeline. The practical split is AI for breadth and speed in ideation, a studio for the final image that has to convert.

Does using AI lower the cost or turnaround?

It shortens the ideation loop: more directions explored faster, fewer rounds to land the look. Final pricing stays scope-based, quoted against a named list of views; see our architectural rendering cost page for typical ranges. The main benefit isn't a cheaper final, it's arriving at the right final faster.

Are your final renderings AI-generated?

No. Final deliverables are photoreal CGI built from your model by our artists, at print resolution with accurate materials and lighting. AI is a tool inside the workflow that speeds ideation and exploration; the images you put in a deck, a sales gallery, or a submission are studio-produced photoreal renderings.
