What is a 360° virtual tour?
A 360° virtual tour is an interactive walkthrough built from photoreal 360° renderings of an unbuilt space. Viewers pan around each room, click hotspots to move from the lobby to the rooftop, and open floor plans and info pins — all in a browser, on any device, with no VR headset or app required.
How is a 360° virtual tour different from a Matterport tour?
Matterport scans an existing physical space. Our 360° tours are rendered from your 3D model, so they work for unbuilt or under-construction projects — pre-sales, pre-leasing, entitlements, and investor presentations where the space doesn't exist yet.
Where does the tour live?
We deliver a hosted URL and an iframe embed that drops into leasing websites, MLS and listing platforms, sales-gallery kiosks, resident portals, and email campaigns. You can also link to it from social and paid ads.
What devices does it work on?
Any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. Touch, mouse, and keyboard are all supported. If you also want a headset VR experience for a sales center, see our VR & AR page.
What do you need from us to start?
Plans, elevations, and 3D model files from Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or AutoCAD, plus finish and material boards. If interiors are still being designed we can start from an early model and update the tour as design progresses.
Can we run the tour on a sales-center touchscreen?
Yes. Our 360° tours run full-screen on any modern touchscreen kiosk, sales-gallery display, or interactive wall — no headset, app, or install required. We deliver a kiosk-ready launch URL with a clean attract-loop when idle, hotspot navigation tuned for touch, and an auto-reset between guests. Onsite or remote setup guidance is included, plus a short walkthrough for gallery staff.
What does a 360° virtual tour cost?
