250 Dundas
Helping tenants see the finished workplace before build-out.
Project snapshot
250 Dundas is a mixed-use office tower in downtown Toronto owned by Dream Asset Management. To support leasing efforts, Radical Galaxy created a coordinated visualization package spanning the tower exterior, street-level pedestrian experience, lobby arrival, Class A office interiors, and a cinematic animation. Together, these assets gave the leasing team a coordinated way to present the full workplace experience and the potential of the available space before build-out.
The Challenge
Dream Asset Management needed to market vacant office floors at 250 Dundas, a mixed-use tower in downtown Toronto. Prospective tenants were touring unfinished shell space without furniture, finishes, or a clear sense of the completed workplace. The leasing materials needed to communicate the full tenant experience, from the streetscape and lobby arrival to furnished Class A office interiors with views of the CN Tower and downtown skyline.
Our Approach
Radical Galaxy developed a coordinated architectural visualization package for the property, including tower exterior renderings, street-level pedestrian views, lobby imagery, and office interior renderings. The tower, podium, lobby, and representative office floor were created within a unified 3D environment so every view shared consistent materials, lighting, and downtown Toronto context. Ground-level renderings highlighted the retail frontage and pedestrian experience along Dundas Street. The lobby and workplace interiors were staged to show a warm, contemporary arrival and a flexible office environment framed by floor-to-ceiling glazing and skyline views. The complete visual package presented the property as one connected experience, from the street to the workplace.
The Outcome
The completed architectural visualization package gave Dream Asset Management a consistent set of commercial real estate marketing assets for 250 Dundas. The visuals communicated the potential of the vacant office space across leasing presentations, tenant proposals, broker materials, and digital marketing before the interiors were built out.
250 Dundas is part of our mixed-use office rendering work for urban repositioning projects.
Cinematic animation
Toronto, Ontario in motion
This architectural animation brings together the exterior, Dundas Street frontage, lobby arrival, and Class A office interiors of 250 Dundas. Created for Dream Asset Management, the film presents the property as one connected leasing experience, from the street to the workplace.
Selected renderings
Photorealistic 3D renderings present 250 Dundas across multiple scales, from the tower exterior and Dundas Street pedestrian experience to the lobby and Class A office interiors. Developed as one coordinated visual library for Dream Asset Management, the images maintain consistent architecture, materials, lighting, and Toronto context across leasing presentations, broker materials, and digital marketing.
