Buyers, tenants, and civic partners needed to see Origin as one connected community, not a collection of buildings. The marketing had to hold up at the masterplan scale for civic and investor conversations and at the unit-interior scale for lease-up.

We built the masterplan as a single 3D environment and rendered three connected layers: the Main Street retail plaza with pedestrian context, a business lounge and rooftop pool amenity stack, and unit interiors with two kitchen schemes and a primary bedroom. Materials, planting, and Flatirons light direction stayed locked across every view.
