A joint effort between Brookfield Properties and Macy's, Manhasset Square is the first development of its kind in Long Island, New York. Radical Galaxy delivered an animation video, still renderings, and a 360° tour showcasing 355 apartments, 73,400 SF of retail, 72,000 SF of class-A office, and a 200-room boutique hotel, all set on a reactivated commercial lot thoughtfully integrated with the surrounding land.
The Challenge
Brookfield and Macy's needed to reintroduce a legacy commercial site to the Long Island community as a walkable live-work-play destination. Marketing had to show the scale of a four-use masterplan while making the reactivation feel neighborhood-friendly and grounded in the surrounding land.
Our Approach
We produced an animation video that framed Manhasset Square as a new center for the community, still renderings that highlighted the live-work-play mix across retail, residences, hotel, and office, and a 360° virtual tour that let civic partners and the public explore the project at realistic scale.
The Outcome
A complete mixed-use marketing package with an animation, stills, and 360° tour, used by Brookfield Properties and Macy's to communicate the reactivation of the Manhasset site and build community and stakeholder confidence around the four-use development.
Manhasset Square's hotel component was produced through our hospitality rendering practice, alongside our retail and residential visualization work.
