Alta East is a 250-unit luxury apartment community in Atlanta's Reynoldstown neighborhood, set within the Atlanta Dairies masterplan. Radical Galaxy delivered a rendering and 360° tour package for the leasing campaign.

The Challenge

Alta East competes for renters in one of Atlanta's most active in-town multifamily corridors. The marketing needed to communicate a specific in-town lifestyle (Reynoldstown, Atlanta Dairies, walkability) through unit and amenity visuals that could hold up on the leasing site and in virtual tours.

Our Approach

We rendered lobby, kitchen, and lounge interiors with a warm Atlanta-in-town palette and stitched them into 360° tours so relocating renters could explore the units and amenities before touring in person.

The Outcome

A multifamily rendering and 360° virtual-tour package used across Alta East's leasing campaign and out-of-market renter outreach in Atlanta's Reynoldstown district.
