Radical Galaxy Studio created photorealistic multifamily renderings and a cinematic architectural animation for Denizen, helping Carmel Partners market and pre-lease the San Diego mixed-use apartment development before construction was completed.
The Challenge
Carmel Partners needed multifamily marketing imagery for Denizen that could carry pre-leasing, brokerage, and ownership presentations before the model unit was ready. The amenity stack had to read as one cohesive San Diego apartment lifestyle rather than a list of rooms.
Our Approach
We built a single 3D model of the Denizen community and standardized lighting, materials, and FF&E across every interior, so the lobby, coworking, gaming lounge, rooftop, pool, and fitness spaces read as one property. Twin coastal finish palettes carried through the kitchen, living room, and bath gave leasing agents a consistent story to share.
The Outcome
A visual library that carried the full leasing funnel: an exterior hero, six amenity heroes, unit interiors, and a 30-second cinematic loop used across the Denizen leasing site, brokerage decks, and social campaign. The same assets continue to support Carmel Partners investor updates and portfolio references.

Architectural Animation for Denizen
San Diego, California in motion
A 30-second cinematic architectural animation staged at dusk, built to introduce Denizen before move-in. The film moves from the East Village streetscape into the lobby, across the coworking and gaming amenity floor, up to the rooftop pool, and back out to the San Diego skyline, capturing the warm interior glow against the coastal blue hour. The animation anchored the Denizen leasing website, brokerage and investor decks, the on-site leasing gallery, paid social, and the Carmel Partners marketing rollout, giving every channel one consistent lifestyle story before the model unit was open.

Exterior renderings at twilight and daytime show the facade, streetscape, and mixed-use retail context that positioned Denizen inside San Diego's East Village. The dusk hero anchored the leasing site and paid social, while the daytime streetscape carried entitlements, brokerage decks, and Carmel Partners' ownership updates.
