Radical Galaxy Studio partnered with Hyatt Corporation to bring Caption by Hyatt to life, creating a virtual reality experience and photorealistic still renderings for the new brand. Caption by Hyatt is designed to be flexible so both hotel guests and local neighbors can make the space their own.

The Challenge

Hyatt was introducing an entirely new hospitality brand and needed to communicate a flexible, hybrid guest-and-neighborhood experience to owners and franchisees before any physical property existed. The visuals had to feel like a real, inhabitable brand and not a moodboard.

Our Approach

We produced still renderings of the lobby, guestroom, and exterior that established Caption's design language, then extended the story into a virtual reality experience that let owners walk through the lobby and guestroom in immersive first-person at an industry conference.

The Outcome

A brand-launch visualization package used by Hyatt Corporation at an owners conference which combined still renderings and an immersive VR walkthrough that turned Caption by Hyatt from a brand concept into a spatial, hands-on experience for prospective operators.
