A limited offering of 26 luxury villas in Calgary's desirable SW community of Springbank Hill, Elveden Court delivers designer finishes and outstanding construction quality from Baeumler-approved builder Moderno Homes. Lock-and-leave resort-style living at its finest — maintenance-free, secure, and refined.
The Challenge
Moderno Homes needed marketing visuals that would communicate the resort-style, lock-and-leave lifestyle to buyers who would never see a model home before reserving a villa.
Our Approach
We produced a cinematic rendering to set tone on the sales site and social channels, layered in 360-view tours to give remote buyers a true walk-through, and delivered a suite of interior and exterior renderings capturing the villa's designer finishes.
The Outcome
A full pre-sales visualization package that carried the Elveden Court launch across web, social, and in-person sales conversations for the 26-villa release.
