1101 New York Avenue
Three build-outs. One floor plate.
Project snapshot
Oxford Properties engaged Radical Galaxy for a multi-scheme leasing package at 1101 New York Avenue: one shared floor plate rendered as three tenant-tuned build-outs (media, law, private equity), plus a companion animation that walks prospects through each scheme.
The Challenge
Trophy tenants each visualize the same floor plate differently. Oxford Properties needed marketing that showed one signature floor as three distinct build-outs (media, law, private-equity) without re-rendering the shell each time.
Our Approach
We rendered the shared floor plate once and staged three tenant-tuned build-outs (media, law, private equity) on top of it, plus a companion animation that walked prospects through the same floor as each scheme. Interior design decisions differentiated the schemes; architecture stayed constant.
The Outcome
A full-floor animation and three build-out rendering schemes for 1101 New York Avenue used across Oxford Properties' DC trophy-office leasing program.
1101 New York Avenue is part of our office rendering work for trophy workplace repositioning.
