Cascadian competes for South Lake Union tenants against tech-forward creative office buildings. Unico Properties needed visuals that felt like a brand and not a real-estate deck as it needed to sell both traditional workplace and lab-capable floor plates from the same materials.

We rendered a brand-driven exterior, rooftop, and interior set with vivid colors and realistic materials, then delivered an animation with modern motion motifs plus a 360° virtual tour so out-of-market tenants could explore Cascadian from anywhere.
