2323 Elliott offers 74,000 square feet of flexible west-facing workspace on Seattle's transformed waterfront. Radical Galaxy partnered with Unico Properties and B+H Architects on animation, 3D renderings, and a 360° tour that gave the leasing team a complete visual toolkit.
The Challenge
Unico Properties needed one campaign to say two things at once: that 2323 Elliott's 74,000 square feet are a build-out-ready blank canvas any tenant can customize, and that the address sits on Seattle's newly rebuilt public waterfront. Neither story could crowd out the other.
Our Approach
We rendered interiors with abundant natural light and a blank-canvas design ready for tenant color and build-out with open stairs, lounge areas, and waterfront-facing amenity spaces, then extended the story into an animation of the waterfront context and a 360° tour for out-of-market prospects.
The Outcome
A waterfront office marketing toolkit for 2323 Elliott with an animation, renderings, and 360° virtual tour, used across Unico Properties' leasing presentations, tenant outreach, and national tenant marketing.
