Leva Living
A Greater Houston build-for-rent community, before the first slab.
Project snapshot
Radical Galaxy Studio produced the visualization package for Leva Living, a build-for-rent single-family community in Atascocita, Greater Houston. The set covers the community street at eye level, the clubhouse inside and out, and a cottage interior, so a prospective resident sees the neighborhood, the amenity, and the home they would actually rent, all from the same model.
The Challenge
Build-for-rent communities are sold on the feel of the street and the quality of the shared amenity, not on one house. A single elevation drawing tells a prospective resident almost nothing about how the homes sit together, what the clubhouse feels like, or how a cottage lives inside. Leva needed all of it at eye level, before construction.
Our Approach
We modeled the homes, the street, and the clubhouse as one environment so the elevations, setbacks, planting, paving, and material palette stay consistent across every frame. Exteriors are composed at pedestrian eye height with the homes receding down the street; the clubhouse and cottage interiors are lit and furnished to match the same daylight and finish story.
The Outcome
Leva has a coordinated image set covering the streetscape, clubhouse exterior and interior, and a cottage interior. It works on a sales-center wall and across pre-sale marketing, giving prospective residents a truthful read on the whole community rather than a single-house elevation.
Leva Living is part of our single-family home rendering work for builders and build-for-rent operators.
