The Howard is a Trammell Crow multifamily community in Austin, Texas. We delivered a full amenity and unit interior rendering package, a cinematic rooftop fireplace loop, and an interactive 360° apartment tour used across the leasing site and sales gallery.

The Challenge

Trammell Crow needed multifamily marketing imagery that translated a warm, Austin-specific resident lifestyle across the club lounge, work-from-home floor, primary bathroom, unit kitchen, and rooftop. The package had to read as one coordinated story that could carry leasing, brokerage, and pre-sales presentations at once.

Our Approach

We modeled the amenity and unit stack in a single scene and standardized lighting, materials, and FF&E across every interior view. The rooftop was staged as a cinematic loop with ambient flame motion and skyline context, and the unit and amenity floors were linked into an interactive 360° tour so remote leasing could read as one place.

The Outcome

A coordinated library of amenity and unit interior renderings, a rooftop fireplace cinematic loop, and a 360° apartment and amenity tour, used across the leasing website, sales gallery screens, and brokerage decks for The Howard.
